Jean-Francois Flechet is the owner and founder of Taste of Belgium – a restaurant group of Belgian-inspired eateries. Taste of Belgium takes traditional Belgian recipes and twists them, and they take American classics and Belgianize them. They believe elegant cuisine can be served with a down-to-earth attitude and humble foods can be served elegantly.
Jean-Francois has agreed to give away some FREE waffles! Yes you can get your hands on a $10 Taste of Belgium gift card.
To enter the giveaway, just leave a comment and let JF know where they should build the next Taste of Belgium restaurant.
Jean-Francois would love to hear from Jeni Britton Bauer of Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams. Jeni’s is a community of growers, makers, artists, writers, doers, mathletes, dairymen and beekeepers who make every batch of ice cream with milk from grass-grazed cows, Ohio wildflower honey, whole fruits, vegetables, and herbs from nearby farms, as well as rare, carefully sourced ingredients from around the world, including Fair Trade Ndali Estate Vanilla, Direct Trade bean-to-bar Askinosie Chocolate, and Direct Trade Intelligentsia Coffee.
I would love to have Jeni on the podcast! Be on the lookout for an email from me Jeni courtesy of Jean-Francois Flechet!

Call to Action
Your call to action this week is lighten up! Don’t take yourself so seriously. The work is going to be there regardless, so you might as well have fun doing it.
