Daniel Noguera is the owner and part-time barista over at Urbana Cafe. Urbana Cafe sets itself apart from the competition by focusing on an authentic Italian style coffee experience. It all started with Daniel’s Ape – a Vespa cart converted into a mobile espresso bar. They recently opened their first brick-and-mortar shop – we’ll talk about that and lots more.
